Straight answers before you analyze a deal.
Start here for listing imports, scores, evidence choices, credits, and reports.
Which listing links can Deal Preflight import?
Public Flippa, Acquire, and Microns pages are supported. Marketplaces may hide sections behind sign-in, an NDA, or anti-bot controls; paste those sections manually when you are permitted to use them.
Why are extracted fields sometimes blank?
Deal Preflight leaves a field blank when it cannot find an explicit, unambiguous claim. This is safer than guessing. Check the source note, then enter a confirmed value manually.
Does seller-claimed mean verified?
No. It means the listing or seller stated it. Use “I verified it” only after inspecting source records, read-only account access, or a credible live walkthrough.
Why are there two scores?
A deal can look attractive while its evidence is weak. Deal Score screens the supplied business facts; Claim Verification measures proof coverage. One never secretly boosts the other.
When is a report credit used?
One credit is reserved when full-report generation starts. If generation fails, the credit is automatically returned. Credits do not expire and there is no subscription.
Can I edit a generated report?
The saved report is an immutable screening snapshot. Correct the inputs and run a new analysis if a material fact changes.
Can I share or download a report?
Complete reports can create a private share link and can be printed or saved as a PDF from the browser.
Is this professional due diligence?
No. Deal Preflight is a pre-due-diligence screening tool. Use qualified legal, tax, financial, and technical advisers when a deal progresses.
